Great. This release did solve my problems on Solaris Nevada on
my laptop HP Compaq nx6325.

So for all who have problems with the sound on this laptop or
especially on this kind of audio codec:

ADI1981HD High Definition CODEC

oss-version 1008 solves these problems. I have struggled around
with this laptop for a long time. It was an odysee.

- The first try was to assign audiohd from Solaris but this failed
because of the lack of some codecs.

- The next step was to try some OSS driver version. But this ended
in a crash while installing the OSS-package. (Meanwhile I think
this was because of the missing of the glib library.)

- Then I tried to install oss-v1006 after installing glib-1.2.10.
Now the GNOME devices were usable but the sound was muted by the
hardware and it could not be enabled by pressing the mute key.

But now finally oss-v1008 solved all these problems. Great job.

Roman
