Is this the second version of oss 4.2? Was there a oss 4.2 Build 2000 release?

I see LynxTwo was updated.

I'm guessing these were the changes that Hannu and I discussed and implemented in the Release 2000 timeframe. So does this release have both Hannus and my changes, or are there bits missing, or has subsequent work gone on after I finished working ....
