OSS 3.99d for Linux x86 and AMD64 has been released:
1) Fixed up the excessive CPU consumption problems.
2) Fixed Virtual Mixer volume crackling
3) Fixed MIXER Caps bugs
4) Fixed up SoftSynth related crashes.
5) soundoff -m on OSS for Linux 2.6 fixed.
Please test this version and please report problems.
