FreeBSD 6.0 amd64 - when to expect?

First, I think the description of the FreeBSD forum section should be changed from "OSS/FreeBSD on x86" to "OSS/FreeBSD on x86/amd64".

I was impressed by the great job the developers have done with 5.4/amd64 drivers, but it was a pity to find out that there is only an i386 version for 6.0. Now what's the matter? Is the difference between 6/amd64 and 6/i386 really bigger than between 5/amd64 and 5/i386? I'm really looking forward to the release of the 6.0/amd64 version.
